Lt. Norman Prince "Drumfest" Standstill
"Back Then" the drum corps season never really ended. Winter-Spring standstill
competitions were quite common, both on the East Coast and the Mid West. Of
the 10 corps in the 1960 "Drumfest" 9 of them were from the Greater Metro
Boston Area. Unfortunatly, by 1970, all but one of those "Bean Town" units
will be gone. The Reveries will have morphed into the 27th Lancers, and
"Boston"... will still be the Boston Crusaders.
