The Troy Skyliners, formed in the early 1950s, was a junior drum and bugle corps based in Troy, New York.

The drum instructor was Joe Baker, and bugle instructor was Don LaValley.

When the corps disbanded in 1966, many of the members migrated to the Interstatesmen senior corps.
