Mystikal is a junior marching and maneuvering corps, formed in 2004 and based in Newbury Park, California, a Los Angeles suburb. The group is a new organization within the Dream Association, home of the Dream senior drum corps.

The new corps was organized to serve musicians aged 14 to 22 who wanted a DCI competitive experience while still retaining time for summer school and work. According the corps' mission statement, "It provides an opportunity to expand [students'] performing opportunities and to learn more musical skills outside of their school program and private lessons. Unlike sports teams, the entertainment factor makes this program unique... It is Mystikal's goal to give back to the communities from which its members come by training them to be stronger performers and teaching them to be quality instructors... We are dedicated to the musical advancement of the youth in the Southern California area."

The corps' inaugural competition took place on July 2, 2004, when they earned a score of 51.55 and took a Division III first place with a show entitled 'A Pirate's Life.'
