CORPS Photos

The Bridgeport PAL (Police Athletic League) Cadets Drum and Bugles Corps was a junior marching and maneuvering unit based in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It was formed in 1957. The corps was affiliated with the Harry Condon American Legion Post 11 and the Raymond W. Harris VFW Post 145.

The Cadets competed in national competitions through 1968. They finished 12th in the 1968 CYO Nationals and 12th in the 1967 VFW Nationals in New Orleans. The highest they placed was 6th at the 1963 World Open, followed by 7th at the 1965 World Open and 10th at the 1964 World Open.

The Cadets were disbanded in 1968, but a 35th anniversary reunion was scheduled for 2003.
