The Hudson Valley All-Stars, formed in 1990, was a junior marching and maneuvering corps based in Poughkeepsie, New York. David A. Schwartz was the director. It was a project of the Greater Danbury Area Drum Corps Association.

The unit was composed of members of 4 distinct corps - Circleville (40 members). J.H. KETCHAM (20 members) Mid Hudson Rivermen (20 members), and Catholic War Veterans (1 member). A member of the mid Hudson Rivermen contingent won first place in the DCI individual and ensemble competition in Buffalo on the electronic keyboard.

The All Stars played a Disney medley as their repertoire as arranged by Ron Mackey of the Westchester Brassmen. The president of the Greater Danbury Area Drum Corps Association at the time was the late Al Dennis who died in November 2001.

The All-Stars appear to have been active only one year, finishing 19th in DCI Class A Prelims.
