The El Toros Drum and Bugle Corps, formed in 1963, was based in Appleton, Wisconsin. They served as the feeder corps for the senior Americanos.
As the senior corps began to wind down in 1985, the El Toros formed the basis for a renewed junior Americanos. Apparently the old Americanos ceased to exist, and the El Toros became the new junior Americanos, which see.
