They were sponsored by the Gloversville American Legion Post. They were very active in the 1950's. They were led by Rudy Caprafolio. Bernie Race, played horn including some solos. Another member was Johnny Heimer, and a third was "Cowboy" Thompson. Frances Race was once a member of their color guard. Their uniforms were yellow and black. They participated throughout the northeast, and did quite well.
