The Spirit of St. Louis, formed in 1935, was a senior marching and maneuvering corps based in St. Louis, Missouri. They were sponsored by the Tom Powell American Legion Post 77, and competed in the Illinois-Missouri Drum Corps Association.

The corps‘ colors were blue, white, and gold.

Spirit was one of the few primarily African-American senior corps in drum corps history.

Awards included the 1946, 1948, and 1952 Missouri State Championships, and the 1964 Midwest Invitational Contest Championships.

Spirit was active through at least 1971, though they did not participate in DCA national competition.
