The Dukes were known for their superb drum line. In 1962 the corps finished second to the Hurricanes in the Northeastern Circuit Championship contest at Riverside Park in Agawam, Massachusetts.
The corps disbanded in the mid-1960s, but members of the corps helped to found the junior Little Dukes in 1967.
