The Lakeland Blue Devils were from Ronkonkoma, N.Y. in Long Island. In 1959 the corps won the Nassau-Suffolk County Championship. The corps had unique powderblue black and red uniforms that where one of the most colorful uniforms of that day. This was also the corps the Smithtown Freelancers were spawned from as well in 1958.
