The Tri-Community Cadets was a junior drum corps based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Louis Mangold and Charles "Bud" Flynn were early directors. The group was formed in about 1948, but was inactive during most of the 1960s for financial reasons.

The Cadets resumed competition in 1968. By 1971 they were traveling about 4000 miles to different competitions. Dennis White and his wife Marion were running the corps by then. In 1973, the group changed its name to Keystone Regiment, which see.
