The Munising, Michigan, Silver Echoes Jr. Drum And Bugle Corps! Founder: Bill Bauman, Jr. Organized: July, 1962. Disbanded: 1971. First Competition: Labor Day Festival in Ontonogan, Michigan in 1963.

Accomplishments: Color Guard won 1967 Michigan State Championship in Grand Rapids. Our trophies were too numerous to count in the years and years of parades, exhibitions, and competitions throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois (Note: all trophies and most all corps memoriabilia was lost during the tragic fire that destroyed the Munising American Legion Post).

Directors: Bill Bauman, Bob Santii, Matt Furlott, Ed Genry, Norm Oullette, Henry "Zank" Negilski, Jack Tiernan. Additional Staff: "Red" Davis, Paul Jasper. Sponsors: Roderick Prato Post #131 American Legion, Munising; Ikkala Brothers Post #9714, VFW, Chatham, Michigan.
