The Empire Statesmen is a senior marching and maneuvering corps based in Rochester, New York. It was formed in 1983 by Vince Bruni, who remains active with the corps into the 21st century.

The corps competed in DCA finals every year since its founding, finishing first in 1991, 1994, 1997, 1998 and 2004.

The Empire Statesmen defeated bands and drum corps from ten other nations when they won the 1998 World Band Show Championships in London.

World Drum Corps Hall of Famer William McGrath was a charter member of the corps from its founding in 1983 through his death in 2001.

The Statesmen won it all again in 2004's DCA Championships. Their show entitled 'Go Hollywood!' earned them 96.513 points, slipping them into first past the Brigadiers.
