"This month, I should like to introduce you to the "Continentals", of Middletown, N.J.; sponsored by American Legion Post 176. They are members of the National Judges Jr. Color Guard and Corps Association. In their red and white corps colors, this corps fields 28 horns, 13 in the percussion section and a color guard of 15. Walter Roseman is the director, with Harold Copeland, Jr. being the assistant director. Instructor on horns is Walter Schember, Jr.;George Sullivan teaches on drums; M&M and color guard instructor is John J. Collum. Drum majorette of the Continentals is Carol Copeland, and Ginny Boyle is the assistant D.M. Captain of the Color Guard is Karyn Willey.
